Digital Products (eBooks) – Refund Policy

Since our products are digital, refunds are limited to specific circumstances listed below.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Duplicate Purchase:
- If you mistakenly purchased the same eBook more than once, please contact us within 14 days.
- Provide proof of the duplicate charge, and we will refund the additional purchase.
File Issues:

- If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund or a new download link.
Non-Delivery:
- If the download link wasn’t delivered to your email, reach out within 24 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Change of Mind:
- Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind after purchase.
Partial Use or Reading:
- If the eBook has been accessed or read in part, refunds are not available.
